Responsibilities A progressive pediatric group of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are seeking additional NNPs to join their thriving practice at Methodist Children's Hospital on a per diem basis. The group provides a full range of newborn/neonatal care in three inner-city hospital systems with multiple Level-II and Level-III NICUs The medical community includes a wide range of mother and infant subspecialists supported by two children's hospitals for this growing South Texas area Responsibilities include managing and facilitating comprehensive neonatal care including programs for HFOV, nitric oxide and ECMO Shifts are 24 hours in house Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master's degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience required TX license or active IMLC preferred Recent clinical experience required Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
