Posting Summary:

Mission Multiplier is looking for a Quality Control Manager to support work for the U.S. Army. This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor program and project activities to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections, reviews, and assessments to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Review work products, deliverables, documentation, and processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify, document, and track quality issues, nonconformances, and corrective actions through resolution.
• Coordinate with program management and functional teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements.
• Maintain quality records, reports, metrics, and supporting documentation.
• Support internal audits, customer reviews, inspections, and other quality-related assessments.
• Analyze quality trends and performance data and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel regarding quality requirements, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of quality control experience, including 5 years as a Quality Control Manager.
• B.S. degree in Engineering or related field, from an accredited university or college.
• Currently possesses, or has the ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
