Tax Manager

Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance.
CPA or EA certification is preferred.
5+ years' experience in public accounting.
Expert in corporate income tax preparation and individual income tax preparation.
Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and develop others in a positive manner
Ability to explain complex tax issues in an understandable manner.
Ability to manage multiple clients, staff, and projects simultaneously with flexibility and efficiency.
Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through. Role & responsibilities include:
Client communication and support
Staff support & training
Project management
Tax preparation, compliance, planning, and review
Review workpapers, provide opinions, and guidance
