Dedicated Driver Overview
- Pay that adds up fast. Start at 65CPM with a guaranteed $1,700 weekly base and $25 in multi-stop pay per stop.*
- Start strong, stay ahead. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 in orientation pay after your first dispatch, giving you a strong start as you get rolling.
- Modern trucks, real comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging just 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
- Routes that keep you sharp. As a utility driver, you'll learn multiple dedicated fleets across the Midwest, staying busy with consistent work and building experience across different accounts.
- Home time you can count on. Drivers are typically out 10-14 days at a time, with steady dedicated freight in between.
