Position: Oracle P2P Finance Transformation SME

Location: Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior Finance Transformation SME with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise to support large-scale Finance Modernization and Oracle ERP transformation programs.

This is a business/finance-led SME role, requiring someone who can bridge Finance business processes and Oracle technology, advise senior stakeholders, and guide implementation teams on future-state finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Finance Modernization / Transformation initiatives involving Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Serve as the P2P Finance SME across the end-to-end lifecycle: Procurement → Requisition → PO → Receiving → AP/Invoice → Matching → Accounting → Payment.
Lead current-state/future-state process design, fit-gap analysis, process standardization and Oracle solution design.
Advise Finance, Procurement, Controllers and senior stakeholders on Oracle-enabled finance transformation.
Ensure P2P processes integrate effectively with GL, Cash Management, Financial Reporting and other Finance functions.
Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, controls improvement and finance operating-model optimization.
Support implementation activities including workshops, solution design, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
Provide business oversight of Oracle configuration and challenge unnecessary customizations in favor of standard Oracle capabilities.
Ensure appropriate financial controls, auditability and Segregation of Duties (SoD) across P2P processes.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of Finance/ERP/Transformation experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly P2P, Payables and Procurement.
Proven experience in Oracle Finance Transformation / Finance Modernization / ERP transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Accounting, AP, GL, Procurement, financial controls and P2P processes.
Experience leading business process workshops and working with CFO/Controller/Finance leadership.
Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions and guide implementation teams.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly Preferred

CPA or CFA — strongly preferred; candidates with a strong Finance/Accounting background are highly desirable.

Oracle certifications, particularly:

o Oracle Financials Cloud: Payables Implementation Professional

o Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional

o Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Implementation Professional

Additional Oracle certifications in Accounting Hub, Risk Management or Financials Business Process Foundations are a plus.
Big 4, Oracle Consulting, or major system-integrator / business consulting experience.
Experience with Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration, global finance transformation, shared services or global template programs.
