Role Overview: The Data Lead is responsible for overseeing data management, analytics initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions. This role involves leading data teams, defining data strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management: o Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, and modelers. o Allocate resources and manage priorities for data projects. • Data Strategy & Governance: o Define and implement data governance frameworks and standards. o Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. • Solution Design & Delivery: o Oversee design and implementation of data architecture and pipelines. o Ensure data solutions meet business requirements and performance standards. • Analytics Enablement: o Support advanced analytics, BI, and reporting initiatives. o Collaborate with business teams to identify data-driven opportunities. • Quality & Performance: o Monitor data quality and integrity across systems. o Optimize data processes for scalability and efficiency. • Stakeholder Collaboration: o Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams. o Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong experience in data architecture, modeling, and analytics. • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Knowledge of ETL tools, BI platforms, and big data technologies. • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Google Data Engineer) preferred
