Roofing Service ForemanCentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for our New Construction Division in the greater Ashburn area. Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.Year-round work is available. Second Chance Employer – Applicants with criminal histories are welcome to apply.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial RoofingAbility to read blueprints & specsWorking knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safetyExperience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod.
