Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform hands-on, detail-oriented work in a technical environment.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SharePoint familiarity is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both administrative and hands-on operational activities.

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of electricity or electronics.
• Computer or networking fundamentals.
• Prior experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move light to moderate materials (50lbs).
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential operational, logistical, and technical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team and facility.
• Supports field technicians, project teams, and customer engagements by coordinating schedules, managing materials and inventory, and assisting with basic technical and administrative tasks.

Operations & Logistics:

• Manage shipping and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Track and perform regular material inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate and support weekly technician scheduling meetings.
• Assist with general operational tasks to support daily business needs.

Technical Support:

• Assist with the assembly and setup of control test boards.
• Perform basic technical tasks involving low-voltage electricity under guidance.
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., drill, screwdriver, pliers) safely and effectively.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organization of technical documentation and materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
• Coordinate lunches and logistics for customer visits and SFAT activities.
• Perform light cleaning and upkeep of office, conference room, and bathroom areas to maintain a professional environment.
