Financial Services Representative

Overview World Finance is a financial services company that assists customers with loans and tax preparation. The role of a Financial Services Representative is to support the Branch Manager by providing excellent customer service and ensuring the branch operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance the assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit; transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications Self‑confidence and strong organizational skills. A history of kindness, compassion, and helping others. A willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Absolute team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill other job responsibilities.
