Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to effectively manage inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors. You will be responsible for providing quotes and pricing, updating the CRM for project visibility, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Field and appropriately handle all inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors.
• Distribute all customer correspondence produced by order entry.
• Acknowledge all backorders and short shipments in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Inform customers of quote/order status proactively.
• Produce and distribute weekly and/or monthly quote/sales reports as defined by management.
• Process all quotes/purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely shipment of all customer orders by collaborating with other departments.
• Answer all calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
• Monitor service quality standards and advise management of potential issues with resolution strategies.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues effectively by investigating and providing solutions.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhorn, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Elkhorn, WI.
