Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish)

Horizons Counseling & Wellness Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the first smile our clients see when they walk through our doors. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and making a difference in your community, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome clients with professionalism and kindness Answer phones and respond to client inquiries Schedule appointments and send reminders Check clients in and assist with intake paperwork Verify insurance and process payments Maintain confidential client records Keep the reception area clean and inviting Support our therapists with administrative tasks Assist with general office projects as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Fluent in English and Spanish Friendly, positive, and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable and dependable Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passionate about helping others Experience Receptionist or customer service experience preferred Medical or mental health office experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
