Senior Corporate Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a collaborative Human Resources team. This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional and operational functions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering a positive hiring experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and position requirements. Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, professional organizations, job boards, and additional talent channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Screen, assess, and interview candidates while presenting qualified talent to hiring teams. Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate hiring decisions, and manage the offer process. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up. Provide market insights, talent trends, and recruiting recommendations to support effective hiring decisions. Track recruiting activity and performance metrics while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes. Partner with Human Resources and business leaders on talent acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvements. Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices. Stay current on emerging recruiting technologies, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of full-cycle corporate or in-house recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for a variety of professional, operational, technical, and leadership positions. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing platforms. Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting technologies or sourcing tools is a plus. Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills with hiring leaders. Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
