We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands‑on Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations in the Wailea area of Maui. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with janitorial, facilities, custodial, or supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming while supporting and guiding a team of cleaners. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed. Schedule Monday – Friday Site Supervisor Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Schedules may vary occasionally based on operational needs. What We Offer $22.00 per hour Weekly Pay Full-Time Employment Stable Schedule Leadership Opportunity Supportive Team Environment Opportunity for Growth and Advancement Immediate Opening Available What You'll Be Doing Supervise and support cleaning staff during daily operations Assign and monitor daily work tasks and priorities Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met Train and mentor new team members on procedures and safety practices Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked Monitor cleaning of common areas, escalators, walkways, and public spaces Assist with sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and other cleaning duties as needed Ensure tables, railings, signage, sanitizer stations, and high‑touch surfaces are properly maintained Coordinate with management regarding site needs, staffing, and operational concerns Monitor inventory and ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked Address issues promptly and maintain a professional work environment Help maintain a positive, productive, and safety‑focused team culture What We're Looking For Previous janitorial, custodial, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Reliable attendance and dependable work ethicStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed Why Join Us?
