We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at building rapport, gathering information, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This temp to hire role combines interviewing, research, documentation, and process execution, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

The successful candidate will conduct structured interviews, perform online research using publicly available information, document findings, and prepare clear summaries for internal stakeholders. This position requires someone who can follow established processes, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information with discretion, and consistently produce accurate work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone interviews and gather relevant information in a professional, conversational manner.
• Build rapport and navigate sensitive discussions while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.
• Perform research using publicly available sources and organize findings into concise, well-documented summaries.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of interviews, research findings, and follow-up activities.
• Track multiple active assignments simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, commitments, and outstanding items remain current.
• Follow established workflows, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Identify situations requiring additional guidance and escalate appropriately rather than making assumptions.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure information is complete, accurate, and actionable.

Qualifications

• 2+years of experience in customer service, intake, claims, case coordination, recruiting, research, investigations support, or another documentation-intensive environment.
• Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and gather information through structured conversations.
• Exceptional note-taking, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Ability to work within established procedures while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Strong online research and information-gathering capabilities.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
• Highly coachable with the ability to quickly apply feedback and process changes.
