Job Title: BA -Cards processing or Cards Disputes
Work Location- Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA
Job Description:
- Collaborate with business stakeholder's product owners architects and development teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops interviews process reviews and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements user stories business process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents BRD.
- Functional Requirement Specifications FRS.
- User Stories and Epics, Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams.
- Data Mapping Documents.
- Analyze current state and future state business processes and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support backlog grooming sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing UAT defect triage and business signoff activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
- Support change management training and deployment activities.
