Cranberry Township, PA - Hourly, Non-exempt;  Full-time 3 - 11:30 PM, 11 PM - 7:30 AM or Part-time 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM with every other weekend

Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $20 . 00/hour; Depending on experience + up to $500 S ign- O n B onus

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for th e Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
