The position would be located in our Newton office. Prior office experience is preferred. The specialist will work directly with clients and the attorneys while providing excellent customer service to clients. The basic requirements are: Superb customer service experience, on phone and in person. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills, specifically excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe. Capable of working quickly and efficiently with little supervision. Ability to follow directions and use established systems to complete assignments. Dedication to work product and willing to go the extra step to make sure your work is done correctly and on time. Compassionate with people during trying times in their lives. Plus, You need to be able to write well in English with proper grammar. You need to be able to meet deadlines. You need to have a system for yourself to prioritize tasks. Duties/Responsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls for intake and scheduling of new and current clients. Greet clients when they come to the office. Provide clerical support to attorneys and paralegals. Performs other related duties as assigned.
