About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established, casual manufacturing company in Marlboro, NJ that is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeepe r to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and taking full ownership of the accounting function in a laid-back, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling all day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timeliness across financial processes. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a hands-on environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Handle invoicing, billing, and collections
• Process payroll and maintain related records
• Prepare month-end and year-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with financial reporting and provide insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualification

• 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping or similar accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Experience working in a manufacturing or product-based environment preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
