Compensation and Location

Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000. Please be aware that the final compensation may differ within this range based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.

Key Highlights

• Join a well-established and expanding department with a collaborative team, including seven full-scope OB/GYN generalists and three Laborists.
• Benefit from 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage, ensuring high-quality obstetric care.
• Participate in approximately 1,100 deliveries each year, offering a balanced and substantial clinical volume.
• Engage in a LDRP maternity care model that emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and ongoing improvement.
• Call requirement includes three 12-hour shifts monthly, with the option for 24-hour shifts for those interested.
• Typical work schedule consists of at least three office days, including one dedicated OR day and one administrative day, supported by highly trained 1:1 clinical assistance.
• Utilize modern technology platforms, such as Epic EMR, to enhance communication and workflow efficiency.
• Receive strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to foster efficiency and maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Must possess an MD or DO degree and be eligible for a Massachusetts medical license.
• Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology subspecialties is a plus.
