Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST * Learning about our core TV products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely customer service * Representing a Fortune 100 company and being the voice of Spectrum * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services * Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more * Resolving TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences * Working in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team We're a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts.
