Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mosaic Mastery Wellness, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct thorough assessments of couples, families, and individual clients, devising personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster effective communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Address a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and uphold clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults, children, and adolescents, offering therapy tailored to their unique circumstances. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing common challenges faced by families, including blended family dynamics, job stress, and conflicts between family members, thereby enhancing their overall well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
