Associate - Supply Chain Project Planning

Position Overview Associate, Concord Supply Chain / Logistics – Contributes to project‑level support in product forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, customer support, and other logistics functions. Provides project and process improvement assistance, applies change control, and assists with manufacturing and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Provide operational and project support for the Supply Chain / Logistics team – product forecasting and planning, inventory control, purchasing, customer support, etc. Work on special projects selected by local management; deliver analysis, propose solutions, and collaborate with other departments. Support corporate and strategic initiatives such as IT system updates, manufacturing sourcing changes, long‑range planning, and product variation introductions. Assist with development and implementation of new or revised processes and procedures. Perform business analysis of operational or business processes, design efficiency improvements, and seek replication opportunities. Onboard materials and vendors, gather required documentation, and assess milestones for completion. Manage all projects within the local Change Control system and track deliverables. Act as lead investigator for TrackWise events, perform root‑cause analysis, and document investigations per local procedures. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field. Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship). Previous experience writing, coordinating, presenting, and managing TrackWise projects with multiple deliverables. Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated change‑management environments. Project‑management skills: ability to create project plans, monitor schedules, and implement projects; manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to propose new projects, processes, and secure approval for implementation. Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply‑chain or distribution operations. Understanding of processes/systems that impact logistics projects: commissioning, qualification, validation, warehouse operations, MES, SAP, specifications, and regulatory reporting. Familiarity with TrackWise, Veeva, OneNote, and impact‑assessment tools. Experience introducing existing products into new markets or new products into launch markets. Additional Information Normal workday: Monday through Friday. Availability may be required off‑shift to respond to operational issues. Travel may be required.
