Now Hiring: 1st Shift Fabrication Pad Prep
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member for a 1st Shift Fabrication Pad Prep position in a fast-paced rug manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in preparing materials for production and ensuring quality standards are met.
Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
Pay: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare rug pads and materials for fabrication
- Measure, cut, and stage materials according to specifications
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before production
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Support team members and production flow as needed
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
