We need an experienced Scrum Master like you to create solutions that will advance our development teams and the critical missions they support. On our team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the Scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll ensure Scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you’ll directly impact defense missions by using Agile processes and tools to organize and execute the Agile process for a software development or engineering team. You Have: 3+ years of experience serving as an Agile planner and Scrum Master on a software development or engineering team Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools Knowledge of software development and development lifecycles Ability to independently stand up and manage an Agile process for a development team, executing sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives using Agile tools Ability to work closely with multiple groups of stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical terms, communicate challenges and risks, and make progress Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Agile Scrum Master or SAFe Certification Nice If You Have: Experience working with defense organizations, including the U.S. Air Force Experience leading small teams of people Knowledge of Agile product management Possession of strong interpersonal skills Top Secret clearance Master's degree Agile Project Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
