Entry Level Plasma Center Technician

Job Description BioLife is seeking a part‑time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support our plasma donation center operations. The role requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and experience. Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger‑stick results. Use Donor Information System to prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 32 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fine‑motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance. Experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (minimum 1 year) is helpful. Knowledge of bloodborne pathogen safety; ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods.
