Our organization is currently looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Urogynecologist who has completed a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) to join our expanding academic community-focused women's health initiative in Kansas City. This role merges the advantages of an academic setting with the patient-centered approach typical of a community health system.

• The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive care to women experiencing pelvic floor disorders, utilizing both surgical and non-surgical methods while also contributing to clinical excellence, educational efforts, and program development.

• Key responsibilities encompass outpatient evaluations, inpatient management, and surgical interventions.

• Our program offers a wide range of pelvic floor services, including advanced diagnostic techniques, conservative treatment options, minimally invasive surgeries, and complex reconstructive procedures.

• Dedicated robotic surgical time is available at practice locations, supported by experienced surgical teams.

• The practice fosters collaboration with six regional Obstetrics & Gynecology practices and four major hospital sites, all serving as internal referral sources.

• On-call duties are shared among providers, with additional support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and OBGYN physicians covering some nights.

• This service line is dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience, fostering innovation, expanding access, promoting physician collaboration, and enhancing specialized women's services across the region. Leadership is open to strategic involvement and support from subspecialists to facilitate future program growth.
