Uplift HomeCare is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide one-on-one care to seniors and veterans in the comfort of their homes. Make a Difference Every Day As a CNA/HHA with Uplift HomeCare, you will provide compassionate support and personal care while promoting each patient’s dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include: Assisting patients with personal hygiene and grooming Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate Supporting seniors and veterans in maintaining independence at home Observing and reporting changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate care team Following the patient’s individualized plan of care and Agency policies Why Join Uplift HomeCare? Our caregivers work one-on-one with seniors and veterans, helping them remain independent and safely age in place in the comfort of their own homes.
