About the Position

We’re hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you’ll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Ability to provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Familiarity with WebPT or willingness to learn EMR systems. AI-assisted documentation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment. Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and energy required.
• Open to new graduates and candidates relocating to the area. Relocation assistance may not be available in all cases.
• Prior experience as a PTA in outpatient ortho, pelvic floor, TMJ/vestibular, or lymphatic therapy is desirable. Certification support may be provided for pelvic floor and lymphatic certifications when required by the client.
