Project Administrator

Schroeder Construction Management, Inc. (SCMI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and technologically inclined Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will provide administrative and project support to our construction team and will play an important role in keeping projects organized and moving efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, technology, and the details that keep a construction company running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS

College education preferred Experience with Sage 300 Experience with Procore Strong Excel and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 skills Technologically inclined and comfortable learning new software and systems Experience with AIA contract documents and contract writing preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Set up new projects and maintain project information in Procore Assist with preparation and administration of construction contracts Assist with AIA contract documents and contract writing Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail Assist with contract management and project documentation Provide general administrative support to project managers and the office Help maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical project files
