Service Technician – Diesel, Agricultural & Small Engine Mechanic
Join our team and put your mechanical skills to work! We're looking for a dependable Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and small engines. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, working with your hands, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel, agricultural, construction, and small engine equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, and Honda engines.
• Perform maintenance, rebuilds, and overhauls on engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, and other mechanical components.
• Set up, assemble, and repair farm implements and equipment, including replacing bearings, disks, harrows, chains, shafts, seed cups, tires, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Perform occasional welding and fabrication.
• Complete work orders, service records, and parts tracking accurately for billing purposes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide professional customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations when needed.
• Perform occasional off-site service calls using a company service truck.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing diesel engines, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or small engines.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
