This fully remote opportunity is designed for motivated professionals who want to build a career centered on client relationships, financial protection, and professional growth.
You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and recommend insurance solutions that align with their individual circumstances.
The role combines consultative sales, customer service, relationship management, and ongoing professional development.
You will receive structured training, mentorship, and coaching, making the opportunity accessible even without prior insurance or sales experience.

Accountabilities

• Build strong, trust-based client relationships through phone and virtual consultations using platforms such as Zoom.
• Learn about each client’s needs, priorities, and circumstances to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Explain coverage options, products, and benefits clearly while responding confidently to client questions.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process from initial consultation through completion.
• Maintain organized schedules, client follow-ups, and accurate digital records.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and service-oriented experience throughout the client relationship.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, virtual workshops, and leadership development programs.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, communication skills, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a remote environment while independently managing priorities and performance goals.
• Work toward obtaining and maintaining the required Life & Health Insurance License, with support available throughout the licensing process.
