Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking a dynamic CRNA Site Chief to help lead our growing team at Nassau University Medical Center, on Long Island in East Meadow, NY.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $316,200 annually
• $20,000 sign-on bonus for 2-year commitment
• 5 weeks paid time off
• CME - Up to $3,000/1 Week PTO

Practice Environment:

• Nassau University Medical Center | East Meadow, NY
• 10 ORs | 533 beds | L1 Trauma | OB
• Approximate case volumes: 8,200 annual cases
• 1,300 trauma cases > 75% Surgical
• 1,350 ortho cases
• 100 neurological cases
• 1,200 OB deliveries
• No hearts, healthy pediatrics
• Collaborative practice with an inviting work style
• Precept and mentor SRNAs

Qualifications:

• Active NY license
• NBCRNA Certification
• 5+ years of experience required
• Leadership, teaching, and QA/QI experience preferred
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
