Reports to: Manager Diagnostics Services

MISSIONThe sonographer is responsible for delivering quality patient care by performing optimal renal, scrotal, penile, and female pelvic ultrasound studies in a fast-paced specialty environment. OUTCOMESProduce optimal image resolution and accurately complete diagnostic assessment for each ultrasound study in a high patient volume setting.

Consistently manages work load efficiently with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Exhibit sound critical thinking skills to ensure high quality patient ultrasound studies, to prioritize responsibilities, and to communicate with ancillary staff clearly and concisely.Use independent judgement to deliver quality patient care, while simultaneously managing work load efficiently.
