Associate Director, Oncology Access & Market Dynamics Training

Job Summary The Associate Director, Oncology Value & Market Dynamics Training Manager is responsible for developing and deploying a strategic training plan that equips our teams with advanced skills and market knowledge to remain competitive in a dynamic oncology landscape. The role anticipates and teaches the complex coverage and reimbursement landscape that may create barriers or opportunities to access for patients across our portfolio of products. In partnership with key stakeholders, the Associate Director designs innovative solutions that enable teams to respond effectively to coverage concerns, market dynamics, and evolving reimbursement policies. The position leads training efforts for Access Teams, Field Reimbursement Managers, Field Sales Forces, Marketing, Oncology Clinical Nurse Educators, Oncology Market Alliances, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Director provides strategic guidance for the evolution and implementation of training curricula and workshops and supports the development and training of field teams for future product launches and expanded indications. The role requires continuous understanding of industry-wide, franchise-specific, and national market dynamics, and expertise in payer policy, Medicare, Medicaid, the Oncology Care Model, Market Access, Compendia, Patient Journey, and Buy-and-Bill distribution models. #J-18808-Ljbffr Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
