This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with an engaged multidisciplinary team dedicated to fostering student growth and well-being. Key Qualifications:
- Current Michigan School Psychologist license required
- Previous experience with K-12 populations strongly preferred
- Expertise in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and facilitating individual and group counseling
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in eligibility discussions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies
- Deliver crisis intervention, consultation, and counseling as needed
- Participate in IEP and student support meetings, contributing insights to educational planning
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
