PRN Speech Therapist

Fair Oaks Lodge in Wadena, MN a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a PRN Speech Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Position: PRN Speech Therapist -$750 Sign On Bonus!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implantation.
• To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals.\
• Instructs patient, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in dally activities.
