Senior Director, Investor Relations
Stoke Therapeutics
Stoke Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead strategic engagement with the investment community and shape accurate perception of the company's vision, strategy, and valuation. This role serves as the primary point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and prospective investors, reporting to the Chief of Corporate Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investor relations strategy aligned with company vision and fair valuation goals
- Cultivate relationships with current shareholders, prospective investors, and financial analysts
- Serve as primary contact for investor inquiries and coordinate appropriate company responses
- Monitor investment research, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform guidance
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on investor perception and market positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience leading investor relations programs at public biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies
- Deep understanding of biotech industry dynamics, pipeline development, and valuation drivers
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
- Ability to translate complex scientific and business concepts into compelling investment narratives
- Experience with financial metrics analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market research
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing compliant, accurate regulatory and disclosure guidance
