PRESS OPERATORS

New England Precision is currently seeking full-time, dependable and motivated Press Operators to join our production team. Experienced operators are encouraged to apply, but we will train the right candidate with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Position: Press Operator Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available Pay: Competitive wages at or above industry standard & based on experience Responsibilities: Set up and operate mechanical and/or hydraulic stamping presses. Load raw materials and monitor production runs. Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production records. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Keep work area clean and organized. Qualifications: Manufacturing or press operation experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
