Description $18.50 - 20.50 per hour This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and handles all employment matters. Job Duties/Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, helping the next Shift Manager prepare, meeting targets, and supporting department goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
