We seek enthusiastic, high-energy coaches who make members feel welcome and empowered. Your positive energy should last long after they leave the studio, making them eager for their next session. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate members through structured, science-backed workouts.
- Help members set and achieve fitness goals.
- Ensure proper form and technique while providing modifications when necessary.
- Understand the science behind heart-rate-based interval training and stay informed about industry trends.
- Demonstrate expertise in using all equipment utilized in each workout.
- Foster a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive studio culture.
- CPR/AED Certification: Required for safety compliance.
- Certified Fitness Professional: Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
