Flight Instructor position for iFly/Eagle Flight School located in Valparaiso, IN:
1. World-Class Training :
• Deliver hands-on flight and ground instruction with a focus on safety, FAA compliance, and operational excellence.
• Help students master critical skills, including takeoffs, landings, emergency procedures, and adherence to FAA standards.
2. Student Support & Integration :
• Provide specialized support for international students, particularly those from Mexico, to ensure a smooth transition into U.S. aviation practices.
• Promote understanding of global aviation standards, fostering student confidence and competence.
3. Compliance & Record Management :
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive student records in accordance with FAA and iFly policies.
• Continuously monitor student progress and recommend additional training where necessary.
4. Safety & Legal Integrity :
• Ensure all flight operations adhere to FAA regulations and iFly’s rigorous safety protocols.
• Actively promote a culture of accountability and transparency within the flight training program.
Qualifications for Flight Instructors:
• Valid FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate.
• Minimum of 300 total flight hours .
• No history of incidents or accidents.
• Experience working with international students preferred.
• Passion for safety, compliance, and building the next generation of global aviators.
