Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a self-motivated logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and field support logistics.

In this position, you will serve as the primary on-site warehouse resource for a dynamic organization in the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. You will work in a small, collaborative environment where your accuracy, reliability, and ability to keep operations moving will make a direct impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who values independence, variety, supportive teamwork, and the ability to manage a warehouse function from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock organization, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using UPS, freight carriers, vendors, and other logistics partners.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, maintain documentation, and support vendor communication.
- Prepare, package, label, and ship materials while maintaining accurate packing lists and shipping records.
- Support product demonstrations, company events, and field logistics as needed.
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries and field support throughout Southern California and longer-distance routes as required.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Location: San Clemente, CA.
- Mileage reimbursed for required delivery and field support travel.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations as the primary on-site warehouse resource.
- Coordinate freight, parcel shipments, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and vendor communication.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, cycle counts, packing lists, and warehouse documentation.
- Support field logistics, product demonstrations, and company vehicle deliveries.

- 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities without close supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in inventory records and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and general business software.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
- Ability to lift, move, package, and organize materials as needed.
- Strong communication, customer service, and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and DMV check.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting logistics or warehouse operations in electronics, components, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related technical product environment.
- Experience coordinating freight shipments, UPS shipments, vendor pickups, and field delivery logistics.
- Prior experience working as the sole warehouse operator or primary warehouse point of contact.
