We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide exceptional care and vigilant observation of patients during overnight hours. As a key member of our night shift team, you will ensure the safety and well-being of our patients while responding swiftly to any changes in their conditions.

Shift: 7P-7A

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Monitoring: Vigilantly observe and assess patients to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the night.
• Emergency Response: Quickly identify and respond to changes in patient conditions or emergencies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient observations and interventions.
• Collaboration: Work with night shift teams to coordinate care and communicate effectively about patient needs and conditions.
• Patient Support: Offer comfort and reassurance to patients and their families during the night.

Qualifications:

• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in South Carolina
• Experience: Previous experience in an observation or acute care setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
