PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis position is a 5x8 schedule, starting August 24th.This is a 6-month contract position.As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. You will ensure the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration and be responsible for the delegation of therapy services for assigned patients.
