Senior Immigration Staff Attorney

To support a humanitarian immigration practice, the full-time Senior Immigration Staff Attorney will independently draft and review immigration applications, manage client communications, and coordinate with legal staff while working remotely. Key responsibilities Participate in hiring and training staff attorneys, ensuring proficiency in immigration case processes and legal standards Lead daily case huddles to communicate priorities and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining legal quality Research immigration statutes and regulations to resolve case questions and support legal recommendations for assigned matters Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school Active membership in good standing with a state bar 1-3 years of post-J.D. legal experience in immigration law with proficiency in legal drafting and document review Experience preparing and reviewing immigration applications and related filings; humanitarian immigration experience preferred Experience providing technical guidance or training to attorneys or legal support staff preferred
