Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee two facilities, located approximately 37 miles apart, in West Union, OH. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of two nursing homes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve care quality, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care delivery Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for both facilities Foster relationships with community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote the facilities’ reputation and interests About the Role As an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for leading two nursing homes in West Union, OH.
