Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing assignment in Midland, Texas. Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hour days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Emergency Room registered nurses (RN) provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention and must be able to recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions. Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Demonstrate knowledge of general and specific health issues for urgent treatment and care. Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need. Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients’ physical and mental health conditions. Requirements Active RN license. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC (may be required). Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
