Surgical pathology sign-out of pediatric biopsies and resections Frozen sections/intraoperative consultations Gross exams and triage of pediatric specimens Autopsy/perinatal autopsy coverage Multidisciplinary consults with surgeons, oncologists, and neonatology teams Surgical pathology varies: 10-30 cases/day, frozen sections: 0-5/day, consults: 0-5/day, and placenta/perinatal/autopsy cases: low volume. Work assignment: Surgical pathology grossing/sign-out, frozen section/intraoperative consultation, rush specimen review, and pediatric pathology consults. Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days Mon-Fri, plus night/weekend call, as noted below. Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours Mon-Fri, 8a-5p coverage needed on site daily for the above-mentioned services. On call. On call? Yes. Patient Load: Variable number of cases per day. Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Board certification in AP & Pediatric Pathology is required. Is there additional support staff? Yes.
