About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Development to lead its ambitious revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and growth goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior fundraising, including the ability to secure major corporate partnerships and individual gifts. The Vice President will be tasked with driving network expansion, establishing a unified approach across various fundraising verticals, and leading a high-performing team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Strategic and financial acumen, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, are essential for this position.
