Post Processing Technician III Processing Department | Full-Time | 1st Shift Sunday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Starting Pay: $24–$26/hour Are you a strong team player with leadership skills and a passion for quality? Working closely with the Processing Supervisor, you’ll support team performance, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production goals are met. Daily tasks may include: Leading and supporting daily processing activities Training and mentoring new team members Coordinating workflow and task assignments Overseeing trimming, bucking, sorting, inspections, and curing activities Monitoring product quality and reporting concerns Assisting with inventory tracking and documentation Supporting scheduling and production planning efforts Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas Assisting with the development and improvement of standard operating procedures Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns Leadership, communication, and attention to detail are important parts of this role. What We’re Looking For Previous cannabis or production experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn, lead by example, and contribute to a positive team environment.
